Terms of Use

1. General

These terms and conditions apply between you as a customer and SummitLock when you shop in our webshop. By ordering products from our website, you agree to these terms. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a purchase. The terms apply to both private individuals and businesses; however, certain rights under consumer protection laws apply only to consumers.

2. Orders

An order is only binding once we have sent an order confirmation to the email address you provided. The order confirmation includes details about products, prices, payment method, and delivery address. If there are any errors in the order confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact our customer service immediately.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding VAT. Payment can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout, such as card payment, Swish, or Klarna. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Delivery

We primarily deliver within Sweden. The normal delivery time is 8–14 business days, unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. Delivery is carried out via our logistics partners, such as PostNord. During major campaigns, delivery times may be longer. SummitLock is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping delays or unforeseen events.

All our products are shipped directly to the consumer from our supplier in China. Any applicable fees such as customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received your order, in accordance with Swedish distance selling law. The product must be returned in its original condition and in unbroken packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. 6. Liability & Limitations

SummitLock is not liable for indirect damages or financial losses that may arise from the use of our products. We guarantee that our products are compatible with the devices specified in the product description, but we cannot be held responsible for improper use. Any additional customs handling fees and/or import duties are not included in the price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes may also be resolved in Swedish courts.

8. Changes to the Terms

SummitLock reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be published on our website.
