Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the item.

How to withdraw

Send an email to teametsverigeinfo@gmail.com before the deadline. You may use the standard withdrawal form (from forbrug.dk), but it is not required.

Returns

You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
👉 You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

The item must be returned in essentially the same condition and quantity as when received. Any reduction in value caused by unnecessary handling may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Once we have received the item, or you have provided proof that it has been returned, we will refund the full amount paid for the item (including standard delivery) within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or items that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

Right to Make a Complaint (2 years)

You have a 2-year right to make a complaint under the Sale of Goods Act. If you discover a defect or fault, please contact us as soon as possible at teametsverigeinfo@gmail.com and describe the issue.

How to return an item
